Chapter JO is a local entity of P.E.O. International (a Philanthropic Education Organization). Our Chapter was organized in Santa Rosa, CA in 1939 and its mission has been to actively provide educational scholarships for women throughout our community and through our local colleges to help deserving women pursue their educational goals.

Chapter JO is one of over 350 chapters in California and part of almost 6000 chapters internationally. Since 1995, Chapter JO has awarded 90 local scholarships.  During our 75 year history, Chapter JO has sponsored many more local women in their pursuit of educational scholarships, grants, awards and loans through our international and state chapter philanthropies.
